3. After calling, please download and complete our new patient form. Your delivery person will collect this on the first visit. We will also need to see valid California State issued ID.

4. Please note that our driver can accept cash only.

3. You mush show your  doctors recommendation and State Issued Medical Marijuana ID to our driver.
